Recipe: Tasty Zucchini Tarts w/ Graza Drizzle
Grab your little sous chef, a bottle of Graza (our fave), and hit the kitchen to cook up a savory zucchini snack!Serving Size: Four
Time: 15 - 20mins
Here's what you'll need...
Ingredients:
Store bought puff pastry
Zucchini
Everything but the bagel seasoning OR Seasoning of choice
Tools/Supplies:
Baking sheet
Mandolin or sharp knife
Directions:
Using a mandolin or a sharp knife, thinly slice one zucchini
Cut defrosted puff pastry into fourths
Place puff pastry onto a non-stick baking sheet
Layer the zucchini in two rows on puff pastry (Tip: Bring in your little helper here!)
Drizzle Graza olive oil over each tart
Sprinkle seasoning over the top of each pastry
Bake until golden brown (~10-12 mins)
Enjoy!

Activity: DIY Olive Oil Play Dough
What You’ll Need:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup boiling water
Food coloring
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, cream of tartar, and Graza Olive Oil into a bowl
Add a few drops of food coloring to your hot water
Slowly mix the hot water into your dry mixture (using more for a sticky dough and less for a stiffer dough)
Knead dough with your hands
Let cool for 10 minutes
