Once your child is buckled into the seat, we recommend adjusting the strap heights and lengths to make sure they are secure.
Height: To adjust the strap height, pull the straps through the back support board, then re-feed them through one of the three slits at the desired height.
Length: You can adjust all five straps using the adjusters. Pro tip: you should be able to slip two fingers between the shoulder straps and your child's chest, but not much more than that. You can hide the strap adjusters with the padded covers. Nap time must.
